Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We may experience slightly longer fulfillment times during our busy periods, such as Christmas, depending on how the postal service is handling demand.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £4 for orders under £50 to countries in the UK.

ORDERS £50 AND UP WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING.

Click and Collect from Honey Bee Home in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Jewellery Quarter studio, in Birmingham. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. You'll need to follow the link in the email to book a time slot for collection.  

Our in-store pickup hours are 12-6pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Next Day Local Delivery (West Midlands) £4.00 

We offer a next day local delivery service via our delivery partner Gibsons Local. This service covers the West Midlands (consisting of Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Solihull) and runs from Monday to Friday. The cut-off time for next day delivery is 3PM and you will receive either a text or email notification from Gibsons when your order is on the way. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: the USA.

At this time, we do not ship to the European Union.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within two days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at melissa@honeybeehome.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at melissa@honeybeehome.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
