Quick COVID-19 Update
Hey BeeHive!
Melissa here. With so much going on and the situation with COVID-19 becoming more serious over the past couple of days, I wanted to check in with an update for you. I know that this can all be quite anxiety-inducing, but there's nothing to worry about in this post.
Hygiene and remote working
We're fortunate enough to be an online boutique and so our contact with the public is very minimal. As you know, we do have a studio where Honey Bee Home is based. Government advice is being followed closely regarding hygiene and contact. None of our current stock has been delivered during the time that this situation has been a pandemic, so please don't worry. Honey Bee Home is made up of a small team, all of whom work remotely and will continue to do so.
Delivery
You are free to order as usual. The only change that we will be making is that post office runs will be a little less frequent, for the time being, moving to two maximum per week. This shouldn't affect your waiting time much at all but it's good for you to know.
If you're ordering with Mother's Day in mind, please order by Thursday 19th March to guarantee delivery for the weekend. If you'd prefer to go straight to their address, simply put their address in the delivery address section and we won't include an invoice with price etc.
We use Royal Mail to ship our orders and they are monitoring the situation carefully. You can read their full statement here. Please note that we won't be shipping internationally for the time being.
I understand that these are troubling and uncertain times but we can take comfort in the fact that we're all in this together. If you have any questions, you can catch us over on our social media. Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
Take care and be safe!
