A Look Inside our Studio - In Partnership with Lil Packaging
Since Honey Bee Home launched in 2017, it's been an ongoing journey to streamline our processes and make shopping with us an enjoyable experience.
Everything that you see come from the brand is created in the studio, based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. Photography happens here, occasionally videos are made, all of the stock lives here and parcels are sent from here.
On my list of things to focus on this year was packaging. I had a vision of what I wanted it all to look like and so set about researching it, a few months ago. Imagine my surprise when the opportunity to work with Lil Packaging came up - they were the company top of my list!
They sent over a selection from their Lil Breezebox range. With their focus on the environment and impressive list of the brands that they produce packaging for, agreeing to work with them was a no-brainer. Lil Breezeboxes can be assembled in roughly 30 seconds and includes ‘breeze-paper’ - which is a bit like tissue paper but thicker, keeping your items safe and making for a luxurious unboxing experience. They're matte black, so it'll likely stand out amongst other parcels - you'll know exactly what to look for, when the postman arrives now!
So, as I've been busy getting your items out, I thought it would be a great time to show you how things are done at Honey Bee Home. The studio is affectionately nicknamed The BeeHive and sometimes Honey Bee HQ.
And that's it! A little look inside Honey Bee HQ for you. I didn't realise how much new packaging would change the process but it's made a huge difference and most importantly, it's serving Honey Bee's customers better.
